White, affectionately known as the Pretty Little Realtor, is a Washington, D.C. native who has lived in the Metropolitan Area throughout her entire life. Her love for real estate began at 15 years old when she started shadowing her father who was a real estate investor. Ashley is licensed in Maryland and has over 10 years of client-based service. She is a proud member of Prince George's County Association of REALTORS (PGCAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). To further demonstrated her leadership skills, Ashley plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of her affiliated real estate firm by performing services for clients and the agents.
Ashley has a heart for new construction homes and luxury leasing, as well as traditional resale homes. She utilizes her talents to assist both buyers and sellers. She is a smart and driven professional who approaches every transaction with a potent combination of expertise, energy, and fierce commitment. As an advocate for financial empowerment, she prides herself on her ability to teach people how to successfully budget for their first home and how to create generational wealth through the acquisition of real estate. Aside from real estate, she is most renowned for her career as an entertainment and community outreach Publicist in the DMV, NYC, and for speaking positivity into the lives of others through motivational speaking engagements.
Her luminous and charismatic personality has allowed her to build a memorable reputation. She owns both The Showing Agency - a full-service showing assistant staff firm, and Motivation For Pretty Girls - a lifestyle brand helping women and girls who are tired of hiding trauma behind beauty and who are ready to live happier, healed, and abundant lives. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Public Relations concentration and a master’s Certificate in Project Management. To add more merit and leadership to her life, Ashley is an illustrious member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She currently a resides in Upper Marlboro, MD with her husband and daughter, Dorothy.
